I have to say the bedroom and bathroom were very clean. There is no reception, so you get an email with entry codes. Simple. The main annoyance was the cheap mattress through which you can feel and hear the springs. But if you have had a few drinks or are tired will not be a problem. And the loo seat was loose. But it's cheap and a shortish walk from the cathedral and city, so it's fine. Person emailing was nice too.

The host was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for any more. Apartment was well equipped and considering being in the middle of all the bars and clubs was very well sound insulated. I would recommend to family’s that this is in the middle of a busy nightlife part of Liverpool so may not be suitable for young children. But workers/couples or friends it’s absolutely ideal for being in the centre. Thank you so much :)

Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine.
Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault.
Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.

"Every room seem to have multiple air conditioners that are loud and not always in working order. When I called the reception and and suggested that the AC was not working, response was "Yes we are aware!". They've not sent anyone to help me change the room, carry the luggage etc. Poor overall awareness ..."
