"This place was extremely dirty and run down. The carpets had stains throughout the property, the lobby furniture looked filthy, and even the elevator carpet was stained and unclean. As soon as we walked into our room, we noticed the toilet seat was broken. We immediately informed the front desk and let them know we would be out for a couple of hours so it could be fixed while we were gone. When we returned, the toilet seat still had not been repaired. At that point it was already midnight, and the issue still wasn’t fixed by the next morning. I notified the staff again, but they seemed unconcerned and did nothing to resolve the problem. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service were very disappointing."
