"Key punch line: Expensive/pricey hotel with mediocre service at best. If you enjoy top notch service and attention to detail this is not the hotel for you. Employees need training. Couple of things stood out from our stay the first being the hotel knew ahead of time about my milestone birthday and did absolutely nothing. Also, hotel underscored the importance of booking a taxi to and from the airport through them. Paid a premium price. We had a 6 am pick-up to the airport. Hotel forgot to secure a taxi. We were left scrambling. When checked into hotel no food options available and had to wait 30 minutes for bar to open. The woman bartender was as friendly as a cardboard box and had serious attitude. Ordered appetizer and she delivered to wrong table. She put in new order and told us it would be 20 minutes. We said forget it."
