"Staff were kind and coordinated a late arrival with us which we appreciated after our flight was delayed. We loved the breakfast each morning. The pool was very buggy the first day but was clean thereafter. Hot tub was out of service. Our room was simple but very clean. We would stay again! Views and location were great."

"I liked that it was affordable, simple, conveniently located to both Estes Park and the RMNP entrance. It had everything we needed, I loved its proximity to the river and being able to hear the river. The refrigerator motor and the door handle to the deck need attention. I messaged this to the management company and they quickly replied that they would take care of it."

"One of our best stays! Beautiful room. Delicious breakfast. Great location. We did have dinner at the inn one night. Food was good, but not anything fancy. Would definitely stay again!!"

"We enjoyed our stay for two guests at the VRBO. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space for two. A small suggestion to improve the stay is to provide a trash can/container in the bathroom. Note: There is no AC but we used the fan that was supplied in the living room and the bedroom equipped with ceiling fan. Keeping the windows open really helped, too. (If there is an AC we couldn't get it to work--we didn't bother contacting the lesser, though--we just managed without it). I did have some issues when checking before the arrival date because i could not get the lease agreement to load with the link they provided. I had to manually type in each letter/number/symbol of the URL address to get it to work."
