"The good - great instructions to get there and ease of getting in. Everything you needed to cook meals and hot tub was fab and ready to go when we arrived. Beds made up and plenty of space. "The Chicken Coop is just perfect for two. Very clean, comfortable and with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Although it’s in a quiet rural retreat there is easy access to many visitor attractions, local towns and supermarkets just a short drive away should you need to stock up. The cottage itself is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The bedroom is spacious and light with a very comfortable bed and the shower room again is spacious with a lovely big walk in shower. The kitchen has everything you need and the hot tub, according to my husband, was the best part of the holiday!I would highly recommend it anyone."

"Narnia is a lovely place to stay. But it's not really in woodlands as such as it's in the owners garden. The cabin itself is lovely the bed is really comfortable and the cabin has everything in it that you could need. This is a personal choice I would have preferred proper armchairs rather than the cube seating which I found quite uncomfortable. But as I say that's personal choice. We had a lovely stay so thank you to the owners."

"We had a lovely relaxing stay at the Shambles which is in a quiet location. The owners add those extra little touches which make it special. The decor is lovely, especially in the bedroom. The bathroom is large and the shower is great. The only thing we could fault is that for us the bed was too soft, but that is personal preference. There is a private roomy outside area with loungers, a small table, a bbq which we did not use and the hot tub which we did make good use of. We were able to eat breakfast outside each day which was lovely. In the evening we ate at both the Blue Bell Inn and Montebello Italian restaurant. The food was excellent in both. We visited some lovely national trust properties nearby and also had a nice walk on the promenade and beach at Mablethorpe. The nearby town of Woodall Spa is nice to wander round too. We would definitely recommend a stay here."

"We had a lovely short break. Lucy, Andy and the girls were very welcoming and the afternoon tea that greeted us was a nice touch! The cottage is very well equipped (although no washing machine), and we found everything spotlessly clean and in good condition. The village of Tetford is very rural and pretty, and the coast just 30-40 minutes drive. The dawn chorus was amazing! A really nice place to stay!"
