    With soaring ceilings, large windows that welcome in the sunlight, and cozy living areas, this adorable home, warmed by a wood-burning stove, is the ideal destination for those needing a well-deserved break. Prepare cost-saving, home-cooked meals in the full kitchen, dine together at the table for six (great for family game nights), or toss another log on the fire and watch a movie on the flatscreen TV while snowflakes dance outside.



    What's nearby:

    Bring the family to Soda Springs and delight in easy access to the slopes, lakes, and hiking trails. This home is right around the corner from the Soda Springs Ski Area and just down the road from Boreal Ridge, with Northstar and Squaw Valley about 21 miles away. In the summer, travel just seven miles to Donner Lake and only two miles to the Serene Lakes for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, fishing, and just plain relaxing. The Pacific Crest Trail is also nearby for superb hiking and mountain biking.
