Very nice hotel with clean and spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Extra plus for very friendly and service-oriented staff. Good Italian inspired food was served in the restaurants. We didn't use the spa as we were there for a family party, for which it was perfect.

Amazing, staff, hotel and amenities

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel and highly recommend AdAstra hotel in Södertälje. I stayed for 4 nights and experienced add-ons that the hotel has to offer. The lobby was welcoming and spacious, with games, drinks and a cosy atmosphere. The room was great, clean and had everything that I needed. The TV offered me to sign into my own Netflix account which was a great surprise. The restaurant has amazing pizzas, and the breakfast was one of the best I have ever experienced. Served from 07:00-11:00 which suited my needs perfectly. The specially made coffee for us was so so good and the staff working at the breakfast made it, and treated us like royalty. The spa was amazing, we had a great experience all over. Last but not least the staff was phenomenal. I would like to pass on special thanks to the hotel staff for the truly exceptional service. From the reception to daily interactions, every staff member was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. It was clear that you truly care about your guests and are committed to providing a wonderful experience. I am very pleased with my stay and will definitely recommend this hotel to others. Hopefully I will have the chance to visit again

Hotellet var väldigt fint, frukosten var god, rum och säng var stort och bekvämt. Vi kom för att bara bo ett dygn, gift par med ett barn på en liten get away. Hade egentligen planerat att äta lite gott och gå till spaet för att bada/boka behandling men tyvärr hade varken restaurang eller spa öppet under vårt dygn där (vi anlände efter sista ”spa-passet” hade påbörjats tidsmässigt, samt kortare öppettid den dagen). Hade varit hjälpsamt om öppettider och info står på Hotels.se, då hade vi absolut valt ett annat tillfälle att bo över. Hade inte kunnat tänka mig att ett spa-hotell som det marknadsförs som inte skulle ha spa tillgängligt, det öppnar t ex alltid kl 16 på måndagar.
