Very nice hotel with clean and spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Extra plus for very friendly and service-oriented staff. Good Italian inspired food was served in the restaurants. We didn't use the spa as we were there for a family party, for which it was perfect.

Nicely preseneted hotel, with helpful and friendly reception staff. Rooms immaculate and a nice variety of breakfast offered. Slightly misleading listing regarding an indoor pool, which is actually part of a spa package at 595SEK for 3 hrs per person. Bar prices astronomical too with 2 x G&T at 375SEK.

Fancy and new hotel but I had noisy room

Hotel is beautiful and breakfast was superb. But my room (106) was above a karaoke room so I needed to listen karaoke screaming until 11:45pm. That was unacceptable. I called to receptionist and she understood my complaint but I don’t understand in such a high quality hotel noone has thought that people value good night sleep quite high. And that is not possible in room 106 if there is karaoke party down stares.

Amazing, staff, hotel and amenities

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel and highly recommend AdAstra hotel in Södertälje. I stayed for 4 nights and experienced add-ons that the hotel has to offer. The lobby was welcoming and spacious, with games, drinks and a cosy atmosphere. The room was great, clean and had everything that I needed. The TV offered me to sign into my own Netflix account which was a great surprise. The restaurant has amazing pizzas, and the breakfast was one of the best I have ever experienced. Served from 07:00-11:00 which suited my needs perfectly. The specially made coffee for us was so so good and the staff working at the breakfast made it, and treated us like royalty. The spa was amazing, we had a great experience all over. Last but not least the staff was phenomenal. I would like to pass on special thanks to the hotel staff for the truly exceptional service. From the reception to daily interactions, every staff member was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. It was clear that you truly care about your guests and are committed to providing a wonderful experience. I am very pleased with my stay and will definitely recommend this hotel to others. Hopefully I will have the chance to visit again

Amazing room, amazing restaurant, but at the reception I wish they would have give me more informations, I had to ask a lot of questions and I found out on my check out about a minibar in my room and more free sneaks. Very great experience and I reccomand the hotel. I will be denfinitly back.

The hotel was very good. Hotels.com -page isn't very clear about the details of the hotel. For example the spa is not included to the room and it is not for kids at all. Even if the hotel is marked as a family friendly.
