Amazing Experience – Wonderful Staff and Unforgettable Trips! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Staying at Stella Di Mare Beach Hotel & Spa in Sharm El Sheikh was an absolutely amazing experience. First of all, a very special thank you to Emad, who helped organise the excursions and recommended some fantastic trips. Emad is an amazing person — extremely polite, friendly, professional and helpful. His recommendations made the holiday even more enjoyable and truly unforgettable. I genuinely appreciate his kindness and all the effort he put into making the experience so special. I would also like to express my appreciation to all the hotel staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our recent vacation. The resort boasts impeccably clean rooms and swimming pools, exceptional service from friendly staff, and an extensive variety of delicious food. We highly recommend Sultan Gardens Resort and would happily stay there again."

Such a lovely trip! Beautiful hotel and welcoming staff, always happy to help and excellent care. Helped with mosquito repellents in the room as we had a rogue mosquito causing havoc on the first night and housekeeping were kind enough to give us a plug in repellant and spray the room so no further issues! Food was excellent, specifically my friend who was both gluten free (Coeliac) and vegetarian met with Anwar the head chef for the resort who personally came to guest relations and reassured her that they would be more than happy to accommodate for her needs. She was met by each of the head chefs at the à la carte restaurants when we arrived and they were pre-informed and were able to make dishes to order just for her. It was incredibly kind and more than we ever expected. They simply went above and beyond. Water polo was a firm favourite each day and a great way to meet other guests especially as we were a small group of girls. Shout out to Marwan at the beach bar who was so attentive and always smiling, and to Jack who gave us an excellent night out and was a clear favourite with the locals! Emil was excellent and organised our snorkelling trip which was fantastic and we had a great driver Ayman who knew the coast well and we were assured with his safety advice especially as the winds were higher than expected during the trip. Thank you SO much from the bottom of our hearts. Looking forward to coming back!
