Staff throughout the hotel are pleasant, warm, and consistently helpful, adding a relaxed friendliness that suits the quiet atmosphere. The rooms are well‑appointed, comfortable, and appropriately designed for unwinding after a day in Alcúdia Despite being close to everything, the hotel maintains a peaceful vibe, perfect for couples or anyone seeking a restful base. "I had an amazing stay at Hotel Octopus. Simple room but has everything you need for the price. Bed is comfortable, rooms are cleaned daily, big walk in shower with great water pressure. There is no wardrobe but there is a rack with hangers. Breakfast at the cafe downstairs is absolutely delicious and so reasonably priced, staff are also very friendly. Best part of it all is the location! Right at the main part of Can Picafort and literally steps from the beach and all the restaurants. I saw some reviews regarding noise but that was not what I had during my stay at all, no noises at night, very quiet. I would recommend 100% and will come back!"

"Very resort style stay, beautiful hotel, rooms and amenities. Beach had a substantial amount of sulphur smelling seaweed. No dedicated hotel guest beach chairs along the beach. Best breakfast buffet I have experienced."

Grupotel Port d'Alcudia

"We had a very enjoyable stay at Grupotel Port D’Alcudia and I would recommend this to families with young children looking for a good value stay. The accommodation was ideal, super clean and the beds very comfy. Whilst there was evening entertainment, the hotel is quiet, not rowdy and we were able to sleep well every night. Location is good, about a 5 min stroll to the beach, a convenience supermarket directly opposite the hotel (but there is a bigger Lidl about 5-10 mins walk away too). To walk to the Port took us around 20 mins with children, and there is a bit more going on there, plenty of restaurant choices, shops and the marina to enjoy."

"Nice surroundings with uninterrupted views to the distant mountains which gave a picturesque sunset backdrop at night. We stayed in Vesta rooms which were spacious and close to the main areas of the pool, reception, spa, and dining rooms. Our kids are 16 and 14 and we were fine using the adult pool which was the best option as it was a good size and normal depth. The main pool was a bit disappointing being a bit small and shallow throughout. We also used the adult dining room and bar which avoided the queues and noise of the main dining room. The food option for breakfast was fairly standard but ok. Dinner was a bit limited and repetitive. The hotel tried a few theme nights but the offer was limited and ran out quickly. Our daughter is vegetarian and there was very little choice throughout our stay that suited her. We were all inclusive and thought the best food option was the lunch restaurant by the pool, which had a good selection. Food was made to order and delivered by waiting staff. Although some options had an extra charge. The hotel is fairly isolated although there’s a good bus service to both Pollenca and Alcúdia beach which also stops at the old towns. Overall a very nice hotel with good facilities with welcoming and helpful staff."
