If you have small children, you will be pleased with the well thought-out fencing, which prevents non-swimmers from approaching the pool unsupervised and also protects the pool terrace along the sloping terrain. The green lawn, the trees, the paving of decorative natural stones, the blue and white loungers and the successful mix of sunny and shady spots for relaxing outdoors all contribute to making this superbly located villa a real eye-catcher.
