  • When you look at the lawn from above, you can see the green heart of this property! Generous views and lines of sight ensure that you can take a deep breath and relax from the very first moments of your holiday, while catching as much natural light as possible. One of these views is that of the 271 metre high Puig de sa Font, which gave this architecturally exceptional villa its name and which you can admire throughout the day in constantly changing light. Sa Font den Ros is characterised by terraces on all levels that invite you to sit or lie down; well protected under the awning in the conservatory-like living room, on one side under the shady roof and a few steps down also adjacent to the crescent-shaped pool with a separate round paddling pool for the children. There is space for up to eight holidaymakers to play and relax together or separately; the neighbouring villas scattered all around also convey a feeling of security.



    Sa Font den Ros does not want to restrict you with its walls or furnishings. The living area in particular is almost part of the surrounding landscape thanks to the glass façades and openings in the walls, and this feeling is intensified when the outside doors are opened. Who wants to watch TV when the most beautiful scenes are right outside the window? If you get bored of that, there are four guest rooms waiting to accommodate you: two twin rooms, perfect for the kids, with a shared bathroom (easily accessible via a gravel path) and two double rooms with fully equipped bathrooms You'll love finding yourself in one of these bedrooms is located in a separate cottage with its own entrance and small terrace. The fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, is orientated towards the inside of the house so that you don't have to break a sweat when preparing local delicacies.     When you leave the gravel car park with its 4 parking spaces, the connecting road that runs close (and audibly) past the villa quickly takes you into town, towards the Pula golf course or to the sea. Son Servera has something special to offer: The Iglésia Nova, a Gaudí-inspired church without a roof, is a highly sought-after wedding venue! It is also used as an open-air theatre for concerts and folklore events. The old railway station is part of the Via Verde nature trail that leads from Manacor to Artà. Ecotourists walking along it will discover peaceful valleys and picturesque villages, perfect for an outdoor picnic. After a quick shower, head to the renowned Port Verd de Mar restaurant, where you can catch the last rays of sunshine of the day while dining comfortably on the terrace. A modern, light-flooded east coast villa close to the beach. Sa Font den Ros is perfect for families. Son Servera and the nearest supermarket are approx. 3 km away, while the town of Capdepera is 14 km away.
