"Rooms are beautiful! I highly recommend paying extra for a horizon club room, as along with a slightly nicer room and higher floor, you also get access to the club lounge on the 19th floor. The daily breakfast and happy hour this unlocks is spectacular. Breakfast is sensational. Options from around the world as well as local delights. Mango ice cream at the exit became a daily indulgence for me, so I needed to spend extra time at the gym to ensure I didn’t return home several pounds heavier! The gym is well-appointed with all the cardio and weights one could ask for. Cleanliness throughout the hotel is exceptional, and this is really apparent in the gym, where attendants clean each machine after every use. My workout and OCD anxiety sorted in one fell swoop. I was in heaven!! Returning to my room each evening was the same. Meticulous cleaning, care, and attentiveness from Vinod meant my room was always spotless, and folded-towel treats kept me looking forward to getting back to see what he had created with towels each night. Spa treatments were luxurious. I had the taste of India retreat, and I’m certainly coming back for a full bite. I lost count of the number of times I fell asleep mid-treatment. Special mentions to Sangeeta, Vinod, Amit, and so many others whose names my CFS-addled brain won’t allow me to remember. The Shangri La Eros New Delhi gets a 10/10 from me, and it’s all thanks to the excellent staff who work together to deliver seamless five-star service."

"I travelled to Delhi in March 2026 and stayed herre ith my parents and sister. This was a wonderful hotel. We cannot thank all the staff here enough for everything they did for us. I would particularly like to thank everyone for helping my elderly parents around the hotel. They were looked after so well and like family members which was so nice. We thank you so much. Particular thanks go to Dheeraj, Rashminder and Anushka in Varq and Mr Shah Jahan and his team. We thank you all so much and look forward to visiting again very soon."
