"Wow, just wow! The location is idyllic and the care and attention from the host, Jure, was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time during our stay there. Breakfast was the best we’ve ever had, and nothing was too much bother. He also gave us maps of the local area and lots of advice on where to park etc…"

"This is a beautifully kept chalet style property with two very comfortable bedrooms and an open plan downstairs. It's in a remote village on the edge of the mountains so prepare for a winding drive up, but it's worth the effort! Situated about halfway timewise between Bled and Bohinj it's very convenient for some of the most beautiful sites of Triglav. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. We also enjoyed a barbecue outside with a lovely view across forests and farmland. And, if like us, you arrive late on Saturday night and all the shops are closed till Monday, you can find some great cafes and restaurants in Bohinjska Bistrica - we recommend the Apple Strudel at Strudl for breakfast and the bakery Pekarna Planica is excellent."

"Fab food and Manatar was an excellent host ...rooms clean comfortable and plenty of channels on TV...nice location from Train station near shops and buses ....would definitely stay again...I had Steak both nights it was that good and Dunkel 🍻"
