Great views, nice amenities, close proximity to Restaurants and town. Communication could have been better to be more clear that there is someone on site when you arrive. We were in communication but because of language barrier we did not realize that someone was on site expecting us to buzz in. Earlier hosts met us at the door. We had a few questions that never were answered directly (e.g., while waiting at the door, we texted “Are you on your way”, to which the response was “okok”; we asked if there was luggage storage available and did not receive a direct reply). But we would stay again given the location and views.

Very nice room with a nice view of the bay and Mt. Vesuvius from the balcony. Balcony is split into sections for 3 rooms that have access to it. We had the smallest one, just big enough for 2 chairs. Other rooms have much larger outdoor spaces, so if that is your thing, ask when booking. Room was very modern. Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast were our favorite stop during our 15 days in Italy.

We stayed in the lavender suite, the sea view is amazing. The room is well designed and comfortable . Adriana is super helpful. Our luggages got delayed and she provided us the toiletries and even helped us to check with airport! Definitely will come back.

We stayed at the Lavender Suite with wrap around corner balcony and this was the best view we’ve had in our lives!! Beautiful to wake up to with Mount Vesuvius on backdrop. Great location to walk around the town and so close to the town square which is very lively. So many dining options and narrow roads to get pleasantly lost in. Loved this place and will be coming back!

Loved it.
This property was in the perfect location. The property itself was also great in terms of everything- amazing host, clean suite, gorgeous views, great service. If I had to nitpick, the bathroom was just small in the Lavender suite but otherwise it was such a comfortable stay. We were welcomed with juice and snacks and when we checked out they sent fresh croissants and juice again. The host personally met us and helped us with anything we needed. Whenever we come to Italy, we are only staying in Sorrento and in this suite.

We had a great 3 night stay at this property. It was convenient to everything in Sorrento. Whilst we thought it maybe a little bigger it was perfectly suitable for our 3 night stay. WE loved the patio overlooking the sea and the cliff tops. We could see forever over the water. We found it easy to get around from here, we walked to the Corso Italia and found it easy to navigate around. The apartment was very comfortable and I could recommend to anyone looking for good priced apartment accommodation.

Outstanding and highly recommended. Location is great - just a few minutes from the station and right in the heart of town. Smallish but beautifully presented living area but had all we needed. Spacious bedroom upstairs (narrow starcase). The highlight are the balconies - views of Sorrento and Vesuvius to die for; and in afternoon shade! Great find!

Wonderful stay.
We recently stayed in the Lavanda deluxe suite at the Al Centro Suites for 3 nights. The views from both balconies were the most incredible we could ever imagine! The hotel is perfectly situated to whatever you could possibly want in beautiful Sorrento. The room was impeccably clean, with all the amenities described, including a delicious breakfast served to our room. Adriana was so kind and welcoming. We would 100% recommend staying at the Al Centro Suites should you wish to visit anywhere along the Amalfi coast. We would book this hotel again in a heartbeat.

Great property! Perfect location. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the water. The room has the bedroom upstairs with the bathroom downstairs. I little inconvenient but not bad.

Stunning Sorrento ♥️🇮🇹
From booking the room to arranging excursions, Adriana was very helpful. The room was beautiful and in the perfect location for us to explore the Amalfi Coast. Very centrally located for all the buzz of Sorrento (the restaurants, shops and bars all on your doorstep but also quiet and peaceful. Our room was immaculate with stunning sea views and with all the things we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again

I can’t say enough nice things about this property - it was literally perfect. The suite was modern and immaculate, with a private porch overlooking the ocean. Perfect location that is close to shopping, food, and the ferry port. Staff was SO friendly and communicative. Breakfast was hand delivered by cart, and it was adorable, plentiful, and delicious. This was our honeymoon trip across Italy and we stayed in 6 hotels over the course of 3 weeks, and this was by far the best. If you're going to Sorrento, you HAVE to stay here!!

You can’t beat the location of Al Centro Suites. It’s so close to everything yet it’s very quiet at night. So many restaurants and shops just around the corner. It’s very clean and the view from the balcony is beautiful! Highly recommend this place. I wish they serve better breakfast. €10 seems a lot for pastries and cappuccino.

Al Centro Suites is in a great location, within easy walking distance to lots of shopping and dining. Adriana was always available to answer any questions I had before and during my stay. The room was very pretty and had a nice view of the water.

Al Centro Suites has been beautifully renovated and is in a wonderful location close to excellent restaurants, the lift to the swimming areas and wonderful shopping! Staff were very responsive to questions and requests for information and booking tours. Beds were comfortable and we liked having our own little balcony. Loved our stay there!

Wonderfully welcoming stay at Al Centro Suites
Adriana and Federica made us feel very welcome at the Al Centro Suites. We had a wonderful duplex apartment overlooking the Gulf of Naples. The apartment was clean and tidy with all of the amenities you need. It is very centrally located in Sorrento, and Adriana and Federica were very helpful in organising day trips out for us.

Good balcony view & near station
we have a good balcony view. Chiara was very thorough with the briefing. Room has simple kitchen facilities which was great as we could cook our own breakfast as many shops were closed during winter. Weather is great and we can get around Almafi via SITA bus. Sorrento is a good base to travel along almafi.

The staff reached out prior to my arrival to make sure that I had the train schedule, correct directions to the hotel, and a car to pick me up if I needed. They were there to answer any questions, and were extraordinarily helpful. The hotel was centrally located but quiet, the room was very clean, and the balcony had a nice view of the Gulf of Naples. I definitely stay again.

Wow! What a great place to stay in Sorrento! I cannot imagine staying anywhere better. There are many GREAT aspects to this hotel, but the best are the service, comfort, and accessible location! GO THERE AND FIND OUT THE WONDERS OF ITALIA!

This hotel was really wonderful. We stayed for 5 nights in January and had plenty to keep us very busy. The hotel was very clean and pleasant to come home to everyday. The staff were absolutely fabulous and very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Chiara was a wonderful host, very helpful and available. She went out of her way to help us. Breakfast in our room each morning was plentiful and tasty. The location was perfect although a bit difficult to find. Rental cars are within walking distance. View of the sea.

Thank you for your kind words to me and I hope you enjoyed the room, but I don't think we are difficult to reach because we are called "AlCentro", because in Italian it means "central" and the parking we rely on has a shuttle for our customers always available to reach the parking lot. First wedding anniversary trip
Hotel was beautiful, clean, and had a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea. The staff were friendly and super helpful. There was an issue with the toilet not working and they addressed it quickly. Wonderful location. Would def return and recommend to others!!!
