"We got in late; left early. It is very convenient to the Portland airport and easy to find. The facility is very new—it still has that “new carpet smell” in the halls. Our room was clean, the towels were soft and fresh, there were quality toiletries, and two ginormous TVs (which we didn’t use). The bed was comfortable and sheets were soft. Our room had dual blackout shades—a nice touch. Parking was plentiful, although there is no covered entrance if it’s raining (it was), which would have been nicer. The only criticism would have been of the dim bulb previous guest who used *some* of the glasses, silverware, and dishes and simply put the dirty ones back in the cabinet. But, hey, if you’re not automatically washing your dishes before use in one of these places that’s on you. There were several places to eat nearby—even within walking distance if you’re feeling sporty. I recommend this place, especially for the price."

"We were pleasantly surprised that the room had been recently updated with new carpeting and bedding. Overall the stay suited our needs and the location was good and close to Portland. The hotel could use some updating overall, with the carpets and furniture looking dated. The staff was very nice and helpful. We appreciated the refrigerator and coffee in the morning in our room. The room was very clean. The grab and go breakfast while nice to offer was not great. The sandwiches were very processed and not fresh. No fresh fruit or yogurt, just fruit cups and applesauce. We passed on it all. Despite some of its faults we would stay here again for a short stay and appreciated the location, amenities, friendly staff, and affordability."
