I’m disappointed because I saw this was a VIP expedia property but nothing about the experience reflected that. They seemed confused when I mentioned my gold expedia status. The hotel smelt like cigarette smoke despite no smoking policy (I even notified the building and it didnt help). The room + pool was small and underwhelming. The front desk worker was really nice though and stored our luggage after leaving which I really appreciated!
