I'm sure sea-facing rooms are nicer, mine looked out over a back yard with junk in it, and with the window open I could hear an extractor fan from the kitchen (I believe), so pay attention to room location!"

"Room, bathroom and breakfast room was immaculately clean. Very friendly staff, Maxine was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the areas, even drawing maps, of where to go and places to visit. Very enjoyable breakfast, with option to choose what you wanted each day. Very friendly, hospitable hosts. "

"Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. Thank you much for such a great stay!"
