"Comfortable and clean room wit/h fridge and microwave. Nothing fancy but good value. Courteous and helpful staff with standard breakfast and wifi. Furniture needs updating. University Location provided easy access to shops, dining, beach or downtown or highway."

"Very convenient layout with easy beach access. The condo we had was a little sparsely equipped with few cooking utensils, no toaster, a couple of small wine glasses. Overall though, it was more than adequate. Borrowed wine glasses from the front desk and used a frying pan to toast pastries. Parking deck is excellent with plenty of covered parking. We stayed prior to main season so pool bar was closed and restaurant was operating under reduced hours. Each condo is privately owned and furnished. If you have the opportunity, ask to see a few condos that might be available so you can choose what suits you best. Would stay here again."

"The air conditioning was not working g and instead of apologizing the staff was rude and took like ages to move us to a different room . Even the room was not cleaned in time . Like with persistent request it was cleaned at 6 pm ."

"The breakfast area can get crowded very quickly. Parking can be an issue during season time. The location is excellent. Oceanfront rooms have a great unobstructed view. Lots of food options nearby. Rooms are basic but clean. Staff is super helpful"

"I’ll start with the positive: Great location, less than 15 from the beach. Around good coffee & food spots. Happy helpful staff. Even the housekeepers smiled and said hi as I walked past (many don’t and just ignore you) breakfast buffet was really nice. Things I didnt love: the flat pillows! Those poor things had no life left. I was also next to an adjoining room (I dont love that aspect) and was awoken at 6 AM one morning to a very loud woman in that room. The parking lot is kind of weird and shared with other hotels. Navigating through it was a bit challenging. All in all - great stay and great price for where it is ;)"

"It was nice and clean. But no free parking. No breakfast. There was pistachio latte advertising inside elevator. But they can’t prepare it in Starbucks. Not easy to sign in Wifi. No Netflix, you must sign into your own account. It takes time. "
