"We really enjoyed our time at Kristal Hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful from the start, and the place felt clean and comfortable. Our room was spacious enough for the whole family, and the beds were really comfy. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, and the kids loved it. The location was also great — close to shops and restaurants but still nice and quiet at night. Everything was easy and stress-free, which made our trip even better. We’d definitely stay here again next time we visit. Highly recommend for families!"

"Hotel Langham Jakarta is a great place to stay. Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Rooms are large and business locations in CBD are easy to walk to. Sadly we weren't there long enough to explore more of Jakarta. "

"Hotel was so clean and rooms were pristine! Very spacious 3 bedroom suite, that we were upgraded to. Breakfast was different everyday, so that was a plus! Staff were very hospitable and friendly. Loved my stay at this hotel and will definitely come back here again."
