Had an amazing birthday staycation with the kids — half board included — and everyone had a wonderful time from beginning to end.
Check-in was smooth and easy, assisted by Miss Fenti, who went the extra mile to arrange an early check-in for us. The birthday cake and flowers were such a thoughtful surprise — a true reflection of how Park Hyatt never ceases to impress its guests.
The room design and size were flawless — pure luxury without boasting....

Located in central Jakarta, close to Bundaran HI with several large malls and MRT walking distance. My room is an executive suite, it’s too big for myself but I really enjoy it. Very nice view on the 79th floor.
