Walk up the stairs or take the elevator into a spacious great room painted in cool mint and lavender hues with soaring picture windows with views of Heavenly Mountain slopes.


Play the grand piano in one corner of this gigantic great room featuring a massive stone fireplace. Or enjoy the pool table and watch a large 52" flat screen TV

From the living room turn towards the large kitchen area with top of the line stainless steel appliances. This kitchen with 5 burner stove is amply accessorized to accommodate all the cooking you want to do away from home.

The kitchen golden granite breakfast counters makes additional dining space. The brand new custom built dining table is big enough to sit all guests (18 people). During summer, the decks will provide more space for additional entertaining. This kitchen boasts 2 dishwashers.
Also, there are two washer/dryer area in this house one on the 2nd floor and the other on the 3rd Floor.

Enjoy mountain views from a private balcony in the spacious master king bedroom suite. This suite has a large queen sofa bed to relax in. A double sided fireplace gives extra warmth and ambiance to both bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom has a large separate shower and a jacuzzi tub and a walk-in closet.


Bedside the master suite is another suite with 2 queen beds and a wheelchair accessible bathroom for grandma.

The rest of the 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are on the top floor. The elevator provides ease of movement to this floor. All the bedrooms feature a flat screen TV with DVD player. Each bedroom also has its own heater thermostat.

Down in the ground floor is the pool room, tiled in slate and also warmed by the hydronic heating features a large indoor swimming pool, a sauna, and a steam shower and a half bath. A large 7 man hot tub is situated just outside the pool room on a deck which also leads up to the kitchen/dining area.

From the pool area walk down to then media family room featuring a wet bar, and a fireplace and a 106" movie screen In the middle of the room is a full sized pool table. Enjoy movies in 11 lounging chairs. Also, this can work well for presentations if you plan a corporate retreat for a privileged group or video presentations during family reunions.

50th Birthday Dinner Celebration

Perfect size to accommodate family and friends to celebrate a 50th birthday. Adult could socialize without being crowded, and there was a theater room a d pool to keep the kids entertained.

South Tahoe Family and Friend Time

We came up for the weekend and had a wonderful time at the property. Cabin was spacious and the kids had plenty of options to keep them entertained all weekend. I would stay at this property again for future trips. Host was easy to contact, very responsive, and polite.

Beautiful House to have a good time

We rented this house for our annual family reunion, Very spacious, many bathrooms and rooms, our teenagers loved the movie theater, large kitchen with the basics to cook, plenty of places to sit to eat, many stairs, a little tired when you don't have condition or for the elderly, has an elevator, large pool with clean water, I would have liked the jacuzzi to be inside, the house is "clean" I think those who clean can put a little more attention to small details; communication with the owner is fabulous he explains in detail everything you occupy to know, with patience, quickly responds, we hope to return soon

Fun house

The house worked very well for our family. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The biggest hit was the pool table so much fun! The carpets needed to be cleaned and I ended up washing the one bedspread.

Best Stay in Tahoe so far

My family and I visit Tahoe every year and pick a different house each time we stay. This was by far the best and we'll be here again next year. Communication with Dennis was very easy, check-in was really easy. The grocery and other stores are only a 10 minute drive away. Door dash and Instacart are readily available. 2 sets of washer and dryers, 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers. The adults enjoyed the pool table and kids enjoyed the heated pool. Everyone enjoyed the Theatre room. The heated floors was the chef's kiss. Thanks Dennis, we'll be back.

Just right

The homes is full of amenities such as suana, hot tub, heated pool, pool table, theater and elevator. Owner was very responsive to needs. Large family suited for stay. Love that there’s a hill on side of house that kids can play, sleds, build snowman right outside! No need to go to snow park although there’s a tubing place within 10 mins. Place could use updated beds, sheets as it’s a little smelly. Bring your linens if staying awhile. Kitchen silverware needs to be restocked. Overall it’s great if you don’t expect perfection. I would use again if we have another extended family getaway.

FUN, huge, clean, convenient, and beautiful!

The house was big enough for our family reunion. It had plenty of gathering spaces, inside and out, a great kitchen with everything you'd need, and seven fantastic bedrooms with bathrooms attached. The indoor pool was perfect for anyone but mostly the children used it -- just one more thing to do at the house! If we weren't at the house, Pope Beach is 10 minutes away with convenient parking which was a big deal since we had lots of little ones and the water itself is steps away from the lot. I couldn't have asked for a better experience in communicating with Dennis. He was prompt, thorough, and clear which made for a smooth renting experience. I rent every summer for our big group from various homes and Dennis has provided the easiest line of communication. I didn't have many questions and there were no issues while staying at his place, but it was nice knowing he'd be available if anything did pop up. I highly recommend this home. I look forward to staying again sometime very soon! The amenities themselves are worth the stay, the roominess is awesome, and the location is fantastic.

Great location, a little rough around the edges

This is an amazing location for exploring south Tahoe. There are trails everywhere, even right from the house. It is a large house and well set up for large groups: lots of bedrooms, bathrooms, 2 dishwashers, 2 fridges, and a nice big dining room table. This rental has tons of potential but seems to be falling in disrepair. For instance, their blinds have been breaking and they seem to have decided to just *remove* the broken ones and not replace them. This, plus the fact that they do not have fans for every bedroom means the house *cooks* when there is any sort of heatwave. No A/C, which I get given that it is usually temperate in this area. But being unwilling to purchase enough fans for every bedroom and the living room is a little uncool.

Large open space

Large open space, good for large gathering. Home was not in very good condition and not as described in photos. Owner shared pool table felt was recently torn, but usable. It was not usable, and the felt in very bad condition. Foosball table in pool area was very rusty and dirty, unusable. Carpet in home is very stained and worn. Entry Mat had holes in it and wood furniture worn. Not a great first impression. Drapes were removed with paint where hardware was not touched up. Owner shared Stove top didn’t light unless you had a lighter. Owner shared garbage hadn’t been picked up yet. Still wasn’t picked up after we left. With all that said, the home is great for those who want to have a party and don’t care how clean it is. Owner was very nice and communicated as we needed him. While he shared some of the issues, it was much worse than he described. There should be a reduced price based on the condition of the home. Beautiful setting in a very private neighborhood. We would recommend if some of these items were attended to.

We had a fantastic experience at this property! The house was exactly as described and perfectly located.The elevator was absolutely crucial for our stay as we had two elderly family members in our party - it made all the difference for their comfort and mobility. The heated pool was also a huge hit, providing endless entertainment for both the kids and adults throughout our stay.Our host was exceptional - incredibly hospitable, responsive, and flexible with our needs. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others!Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Lovely long weekend stay!

The house was great for a long weekend with family. The house is very comfortable and can accommodate a lot of people. Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool and playing in the snow outside.

Easter vacation

Overall our stay at this location was great! The house is roomy for everyone! The house needed some cleaning. Not sure if it was because not enough time for cleaning but it seemed like things were definitely missed. The kitchen area lack some needed items so we went out and bought some tea towels, and other essentials. Other than that, we loved are stay and would stay here again.

Highly recommended stay, we’ll be back

Great property with lots of space and amenities. The indoor pool and sauna were definitely the favorites along with the numerous bedrooms. We had 15 people staying and everyone slept comfortably. Easy check in process and communication with the manager made things go very smoothly. Definitely would stay here again. It’s 15-20 minutes for casinos and lakeside locations.
