PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Our house is conveniently located just a few blocks from the lake. We are walking distance to Regan State Beach, and El Dorado Beach (see map), both have public access. The Casinos at Stateline, and the Heavenly Ski Resort are about 2 miles away. Barton Memorial Hospital and Medical Center is 2.8 miles

Public transportation center is 1 1/2 blocks from our house on the main highway, South Lake Tahoe Blvd, in front of the VISITOR CENTER office. The VISITOR CENTER office provides free travel information, maps, brochures and coupon books to local attractions and dining. There are several restaurants, cafe's, liquor store, and bike rental shop just a block and a half down the street on the main highway. All are within walking distance.

The house is cozy and warm in the winter, with forced air central heating, and a full hearth, wood burning fireplace. In the summer, the large, fenced back yard includes a picnic table and bar area for outdoor dining. Our property has street level parking on a paved driveway, with room for two vehicles.

Noise Curfew between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am, 7 days a week. A violation could result in a $1000 fine for a first offense, without a warning.

Heavenly ski trip

Great location close to Heavenly. Perfect for two couples. Great kitchen (cold floor might want to bring slippers). Nice working fireplace. Warm house with comfortable beds.

Perfect Location

We loved the location! It was an easy walk to the lake and multiple places to eat. My kids spent hours playing in the backyard and we found all the essential basics in the house. We also appreciated the washer and dryer.

Nice house for a family

Well-equipped, well-kept house in a convenient location a few streets back from the lake. Very responsive host. There are two large bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, perfect for a couple with a couple of kids, and a complete kitchen. There is a pull-out sofa in the living room for more people, but that didn’t look very comfortable.

Second visit just as nice
