Your Lake Tahoe adventure begins the moment you step inside this open floor plan home. Newly built in 2020, this mountain estate exudes high-quality craftsmanship everywhere you look.
Upon entering into the great room and you'll notice the owner has thought of every detail with high-end furnishings and oversize flat screen television mounted above the stacked stone gas fireplace. Prepare a cocktail while the chef gets dinner ready in the adjacent spacious gourmet kitchen with in wall oven.
If someone goes missing, there's a good chance they'll be downstairs playing PacMan on the classic arcade. There is also comfy sofa seating and a television in this room.
When you're ready to call it a night, head to one of four bedrooms including master suite complete with king bed and en suite that will probably remind you of a five-star hotel. There are two additional bedrooms one with Queen and the other with Full bed and nearby baths. The forth bedroom plays host to a double pullout sofa bed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property and amenities were beautiful. It was nice to be a short drive to town and all that South Lake Tahoe has to offer. Everything about the home was 5 stars. My only complaint, and it’s a small one, was the cleanliness. There was a pile of hair and dust/debris in the upstairs powder room. It was almost as if they collected everything and just forgot to vacuum and sweep it up. Also, the children’s dishes were put away dirty(cups/plates/bowls). There is a vacuum should you need it and we were able to take care of what was not up to par. We hope to be back sometime in the winter. Thank you for a wonderful stay and for sharing your beautiful property with us!
The house was amazing and for our families needs while staying there for Christmas. Where improvements needs to be done is the communication with the management company. They respond when you make a request and that’s kinda where it fell. The fireplace did not work our entire stay and I emailed them several times (3-4 times during a 6 night stay) and the response was always we will contact maintenance. Never a follow up or anything. We asked if there was a dish rack to wash dishes to not have to use the dishwasher every time and they responded with they would contact maintenance and then said they didn’t have one after I had to follow up on it but they would get one. The next day we came back from skiing to find the dish rack sitting in the kitchen, but never a mention that they would be coming by and going in the house. But we also figured that was because they were checking out the fireplace, but that still didn’t work. Next thing is the cooking pans are AWFUL and should be replaced. Everything we cooked stick to them regardless of oils and sprays we used. We had to soak them after every use and then use a wooden spatula to get the food off. But again it was an awesome house with a large garage that can fit a Suburban. This came in so handy since it snowed so much while we were there. Oh yeah speaking of snow, they need to be more attentive with getting that cleared because we had an issue getting into the driveway from snow plows and amount of snow.
This was our 2nd time back at this house. It is so clean and spacious. Feels brand new and is well taken care of. Kids relax downstairs while parents relax upstairs. Location is perfect - biking and hiking trails right by the house, full market right up the road & close to Pioneer Trail to bypass all the traffic if you need to go to the bustling downtown area. Beaches and lake 5 minute drive. Jump on 89 easily too, to see beautiful Carson Pass area. The nice surprise is they supply hand soap, shampoo, conditioner & body lotion. Master bath is great.
We took our 3 young kids on a 2 week vacation to see some snow and we very much enjoyed our stay.
The space is pleasant to be in and reasonably functional, although we did have to buy a few more utensils for the kitchen.
Our biggest complaint was thattemperature regulation was challenging as there is a single thermostat and different rooms got wildly different amount of hot air throughout the night, which meant either some rooms were frigid or others were blisteringly hot, depending on the temperature we picked. After some trial and error we eventually found an acceptable middle ground but it took work and still wasn't ideal.
Great kitchen and living space & layout. Great master bath shower. Would definitely stay again as we prefer this area. Walking trails near by. Smart TVs work great - other places the TV has been hit or miss in Tahoe. Kids hung out down stairs and parents were upstairs. Property Manager was great too.
The house was lovely and very clean. Foosball table and jacuzzi added some fun.
We love Meyers for it convenient location for all we like to do at Tahoe.
