Seasonal visitors are welcome. ONLY more than 30 day reservations allowed. Escape the heat to this quaint cottage for two in a picturesque and convenient neighborhood on the lakeside of the highway in the heart of historic South Lake Tahoe. Walk or ride your bike to spectacular beaches and grab a coffee or sandwich along the way. Al Tahoe 2 is one of the most beloved neighborhoods in South Lake Tahoe. Numerous eateries, cafes, and bars are right down the bike path from the cabin. Close to the community recreation center, ice skating rink, and public tennis courts at the junior high school. There are also beautiful meadows along the lake to explore.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-No need to strip the beds.
-Put all used towels in the bath tub.
-Empty the refrigerator.
-Put trash in the bear box and remove the key from the keyhole
-Open the lower cabinet doors below the kitchen sink to allow the warmth to get to the pipes.
-Unplug small appliances, space heaters.
--Close and lock windows
-Drop shades only to within 1 inch of the window sill.
-Set the living-room thermostat to 55°.
-Turn off lights.
