We really enjoyed the older cabin feel. Nice to have new towels and cozy place to stay. The hot tub was nice and clean and the overall of the home was nice.Unfortunately from the start...The instructions with Avari was very unclear upon arrival. Thinking we paid through vrbo we were sadly informed we were passed to a 3rd party, Avari which was unclear and come to find out that our payment was not paid through them making our reservations not finished... We waited at the property thinking we paid through vrbo but no one informed us we needed to pay through avari to get instructions to be let in. We called the number which was hard enough since service was bad but no one answered after 3x. Than finding out that this 3rd party avari didnt even let us know that they need payment. The master bathroom was terribly dirty. The inside of the shower had a clear mat to stand on which had brown build up like it was never cleaned and the amout of buildup in shower made extremely unpleasant to get ready especially the odor coming from inside of it.I hope this message gets back to property owner so they can properly hire the correct people to maintain their home and investment.
