Gondola Vista 4 Bedroom Villa w/ Hot Tub

This spacious 4-bedroom luxury villa is thoughtfully designed across two levels, offering both privacy and ideal gathering space for up to 8 guests. On the first floor, you’ll find a king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a standalone shower and private access to the hot tub. Two additional queen bedrooms are also located on this level and share a full bathroom with a standalone shower. A convenient laundry room is available downstairs for extended stays.

The second floor features the stunning primary master suite with a king bed and a spa-inspired en-suite bathroom complete with a standalone shower, soaking tub, and double vanity. The main living space is also located upstairs, including a half bathroom, an open-concept living room with fireplace, spacious dining area, and fully equipped kitchen perfect for gathering. Step outside to the patio where you’ll find a gas grill and outdoor fireplace — ideal for relaxing after a day on the slopes or at the lake.

- Pet Policy: Two pets maximum (Pet Fee: $200 per pet). Additional charges will apply if pets are not disclosed prior to arrival.

- 4 Cars Maximum: No Street Parking Allowed

- Maintenance and Snow Removal: Please note that these are vacation rentals and there is no on-site staff at all times. Maintenance and snow removal services are subject to availability Monday through Friday, and any issues reported after hours will be addressed when staff availability permits.

- Amenities & Supplies: Your Villa is stocked with essential items to get you started. For additional items (like paper towels, toilet paper, etc.), we recommend visiting Target nearby.

- No winter sports of any kind permitted on property. Property may be icy, be cautious.

- Additional Cleaning Fee: A $500 fee will be automatically applied if check out instructions are not completed. They will be sent the day before departure. No questions asked – nonrefundable.

- Property Damage Fee: A $1,000 fee will be automatically applied if any property damage has been caused and not brought to our attention. No questions asked – nonrefundable.

Great home to enjoy family

We really enjoyed our stay - the lay out of the home allowed each couple to have social and private time at the home. The location was ideal for walks - to dine, shop or peruse. We love to cook and share meals with the family. The kitchen was fabulous- just needs a few more items for us foodies.

Our family of four had an incredible time at this property. It was a beautiful space completely updated, with every amenity we could’ve asked for. The only thing we would change would’ve been more snow while we were there but that’s mother nature’s fault. We loved our stay and would definitely come back to this property.

We loved this property! It is beautiful and the main living area is great for your group to gather. Perfect location in S. Lake Tahoe. We walked to restaurants, shopping, concert venue, lake. This would be perfect location for a winter ski trip.

Gondolamazing!

Great property within walking distance to everything you could possibly need. Super clean and updated rental. Master suite King upstairs with ensuite bath and walk in closet. Bedrooms downstairs were (1) King with its own bathroom and (2) Queens that shared a bathroom. Only issues we had was with the Sonos speaker system app as we couldn't stream music but everything else worked great. We will definitely be coming back.

Our stay at Gondola Vista was awesome! The property is exactly as advertised. The proximity to EVERYTHING in SLT is ideal and the communication with the host was quick and informative. They were very easy to deal with. The ONLY thing I would say is that the property is the first one on the road that all locals travel on, so, there is a bit of street noise. For us, however, all the positives far outweighed that issue. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to have a SUPER comfortable LARGE property in South lake Tahoe.

Very nice modern property with convenient location

Very nice property that was a great location for a weekend of skiing with friends. Easy walk to the gondola even for 6 year olds. The main living space is very good for a group to gather cook, and entertain.

Great place near Heavenly Gondola

The property is actually nicer than the listing (!), and we had a great time. Unfortunately the living room fireplace was not working upon arrival, and only got fixed on our last day. Other than that, and some lag in check-in communication, I highly recommend this property/host. Thanks for a great vacation!
