Less than a 3-minute drive to Heavenly and Stateline casinos, with guest access to amenities including private beach, pier, swimming pools, and hot tub. Cozy up to the fireplace, play games in the loft, or enjoy drinks and a BBQ on the balcony. This home has a portable air conditioning unit in the living room.

The open-concept great room with vaulted ceilings and comfy sectional seating for 5 is the perfect gathering place. Warm up by the fireplace, watch a movie on the big screen, or catch up over conversations. The oversized tufted coffee table and spiral staircase to the 3rd-floor loft add a fun design flair.

Sliding glass doors open to the balcony for coffee, cocktails, or conversation with a BBQ, small table, and seating for 4. The kitchen is fully stocked — just bring the recipes! Three stools at the kitchen bar and a dining table for 4 under modern drop lighting.

The ground-floor bedroom has a warm king bed, twin bed, HDTV, and all new furniture. The open loft on the 3rd floor overlooks the living room with a queen bed, twin bed, and HDTV with gaming console.

Well located condo with private beach

We stayed at the condo for the ACC tournament which was easily accessible by boat. The condo was clean and as advertised. Did not have A/C which we knew about going into the stay but were not prepared on how hot the condo would get during the afternoon (especially the loft). There were 3 TV controls for one TV which was frustrating, but we figured it out. Private beach and pier was nice and we enjoyed the fire pits. Communication with property management company was outstanding.

Property is very close to ski lifts At California lodge a 5'minute drive with free parking. Property is also very close to all restaurants and shopping less than a 5 minute drive. Places is truly fabulous. We loved it. RNR property group very responsive. Place is well decorated, loved the location. Would definitely come back. Only disappointment was not give. An exception to the 14 day. We had a broken hand between booking and arrival. Had to come up a day later due to potential surgery/doc appt. unfortunately wasn’t credited the first night and was out the $. Despite that we would return. Very welcoming and great place.

I this property was better than I expected. It even looked better than on the pictures in real life. I really was surprised and appreciated that they were wise all these extras inside the condo and dishwasher soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, there was saran wrap, and foil that I tend to always forget to grab or don’t want to grab too much with me. This place has tons of dishes. Convenient location right across the street. There was a Whole Foods and eat outs. The only negative is that someone needs to reprogram the thermostat because during the night the inside temp drops and gets very cold and our last night it got so extremely cold we could not understand why the temperature was so low but for some reason it was set at 54degrees. And down stairs it felt much colder. Other then that it was a great stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit location was great except there was issue with 424 and the units next doors. This was advertise as strict quiet times and there was a frat party across the green belt for multiple nights. The kitchen faucet was so loose that it was not easily operational to function for the kitchen sink. The tub/shower was so slippery that couple of us had fallen in the tub. My 6 yr old son slipped and had a big bump on his head. Then the weather cooled down and we needed the heat but the heater was not working for first hour after I had done couple diagnostics and reset it. I did call RnR after hours and the gentleman was very kind in regards to the heater but then started working. Lastly, the main sewer line for our units were backing up and overflowing under the porch next door. There was toilet paper and feces overflowing almost the entire stay next door. HOA or park maintenance did not do anything about it. They said it was the HOA problem. Overall was not satisfy with the price we had paid for the stay comparison to the quality of the place.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience at this rental was really bad. Upon our arrival, we noticed our unit was very cold. We tried to turn on the heater, but were unsuccessful due to a pre scheduled program. Once it finally turned on, it was okay until it suddenly shut off at 2am and did not turn back on until 7:45 am. We tried all night to turn it on, but were not able to get it started. We took a small heater and squeezed in the bedroom but were freezing all night and early morning. Maintenance came around 9am to get it fixed. We went to the mountain that morning and hoped that the heater would still be working upon our return. Later, that day we had problems with the tub faucet as it appeared to be stripped and the water could not be shut off. Maintenance was called and was unsuccessful. After an hour of waiting for maintenance to fix it, an emergency plumber was called. Reservations had to be cancelled that night as we waited for our unit to be fixed. 3 hours later we were informed we had to pack all our belongings and move to another unit. Unfortunately, we had decided an hour before to grab dinner, and now we had to leave a dinner table we were about to be seated in, to change units. Our stay here was stressful and not pleasant at all. We were unable to enjoy two nights out of the three. It felt like a big waste of time and money. It was very frustrating and disappointing.

We appreciated many of the updates like the lovely floors and was also very thankful for the nice extras like the beach chairs, complimentary coffee and laundry detergent! Our boys loved the old school video games and the beds were very comfortable - lots of blankets and pillows! And staying in Lakeland Village is a dream - right on beautiful Lake Tahoe. The resort has lounge chairs on the beach, two hot tubs, two pools, and beautiful grounds. We can't wait to come back!

We Laked it a Lot!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was perfect for our family of 5. The kids loved the “second upstairs” aka loft and the unit had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked and the coffee and water bottle was a nice touch. Lakeland Village was a bit more run down than we would have liked, but the unit was definitely a diamond in the rough and a great value. It was an easy 1 mile drive to Heavenly Village and the free 2 hour parking there at Raley’s allowed us to dine and shop without incurring additional costs. Walking to the lake and dock was a nice bonus that most in South Lake don’t have access to. We would stay here again, but hope management of Lakeland Village improve the overall quality of the community by then.

Perfect spot for our Thanksgiving getaway!

Thus listing is just as advertised, probably better! It was comfortable, spacious, and the kitchen has literally everything you could need. I was able to cook a Thanksgiving dinner for my family there! We loved the location, and we enjoyed watching the sunset every night on the pier! Thanks for sharing with our family!

This is a great condo. Cozy, clean and great location. Perfect for small family with older children. There is only one bathroom & bedroom downstairs on 1st floor. Loft on third floor was perfect for the teenagers. I would stay there again.

Great Location & As Described
