In the highly desirable Lakeland Village, you'll be near the lake, surrounded by majestic mountains - and just seconds from the beautiful private beach and lakeside pool, 1.5 miles to Heavenly Resort and Stateline. A plethora of shops and restaurants are just moments away.
This home does not have air conditioning.

Soak it up! You’re at the lake, surrounded by mountains, just steps from Tahoe’s best casinos, restaurants & shops! The living area is more than ideal for lounging after a day on the slopes or at the beach. The high-vaulted ceilings & large picture windows let in an unsurpassable natural light. w/comfy seating, a large dining table for 6, & 3 bar stools along the kitchen island there is space for everyone to relax & spend time together. Even the chef of the group can be a part of the action in this kitchen. The living space also includes a large 55” TV w/soundbox above the large electric fireplace. On the second floor, a 3 tiered sliding door opens up to the deck, making it feel like the home is expanding into the outdoors.

2 bedrooms are located on the ground floor of this unit, one w/a queen bed & the other w/2 queen beds. Both have 42” HDTVs. Both share a full bath w/walk-in shower. On the second floor there is a half bathroom w/a single sink & toilet. The third floor features a full bed, a 35” HDTV, & an en-suite full bath w/walk-in shower.

The grounds of Lakeland Village are incredible. You will not find a nicer beach in South Lake Tahoe. A short stroll takes you straight to the lake! Beautifully landscaped w/great amenities including private beach, pier, swimming pools, hot tub, and sauna. As our guest, you will have access to all amenities.

This unit is not include the beach towel service. No worries! We supply plenty of linens & towels for your use in the home and beach.
