5 total bedrooms with a primary suite and one bunk room.

Bedroom 1 (lower / entry level): Primary suite, has king bed, TV and bathroom with large jetted tub, custom walk in shower, and double vanity.

Bedroom 2 (upper level): King bed, TV, attached bathroom

Bedroom 3 (upper level): Queen bed, TV

Bedroom 4 (upper level):Queen bed, TV

Bedroom 5 (upper level): three full size bunk beds (6 full beds total) and 1 twin trundle bed, TV



There is also a twin sleeper sofa in the upstairs living room as well, for an extra sleeping spot if needed.

Hospitality is reflected in our home, and includes the following amenities:

* Daily snow removal as needed during the winter



IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

* The primary suite shower has steam shower functionality. Steam is hot so please be careful if you use this feature. Children should not use primary shower unsupervised. It's operated by a timer and takes some time to heat up.



*The City of South Lake Tahoe requires us to virtually connect with all booking guests and retrieve a signed "Good Neighbor Contract" the day of checkin. The Good Neighbor Contract reviews the local ordinances for noise, trash disposal, no weddings, and other ordinances mentioned in the listing and we send this over as an e-agreement the day of checkin. We're here if you have any questions about the agreement before then and can send you a copy.



* Larger trucks and SUVs may not fit in the garage - reach out for suggestions on additional parking.



Guest Access:

You will have full access to the entire house, including the private outdoor spaces, garage, and laundry facilities, with the exception of one locked owner closet. As our guest, you are also welcome to enjoy the exclusive Tahoe Keys resort amenities, such as the private beaches, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, sauna, and boat slip. Please note that the resort charges a nominal guest fee for the use of these specific facilities during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

The Tahoe Keys is a private, boating-focused marina community in South Lake Tahoe with an intricate network of canals and waterways, offering homes with direct boat access to Lake Tahoe and its own marina, restaurants, and a wide array of HOA-provided amenities including private beaches, tennis, and pools.



Getting Around:

Getting to our home is easiest by car, and we provide ample space for your arrival with parking available for up to four vehicles in the driveway and garage. Please note that larger trucks or SUVs may not fit in the garage, so feel free to reach out to us if you need assistance with alternative parking arrangements. While the Tahoe Keys is a private community and walkable, the home is conveniently located just minutes from local casinos, shopping, and world class skiing at Heavenly. For those traveling by air, the Reno Tahoe International Airport is approximately a ninety minute drive from the property.
