We manage several nearby homes, so if you're planning for a larger group, we can help arrange multiple properties. Once your reservation is confirmed, a rental agreement will be sent for signature. The home will be prepared with a starter supply of essentials. For longer stays, guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies.

This home accommodates up to 10 guests, with a maximum of 6 adults. Children under 13 are welcome within the 10-person total. Parking for 2 cars in the garage, and 1 in the driveway. These rules apply 24/7.

Key ordinances include:
• Occupancy and vehicle limits must never be exceeded
• Street parking is prohibited
• Outdoor areas may not be used after 10 p.m.
• Trash must be placed in designated bear-proof containers or dumpsters (locations posted on the fridge)
