The Space:

Welcome to Tahoe Spa Retreat—a renovated 5-bedroom mountain home designed for families and larger groups looking to enjoy South Lake Tahoe together. With seven beds and space for up to 10 guests, plus additional children 5 years old and younger, there is room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the home.



The spacious living area provides a comfortable gathering space, while the game room gives kids and adults their own place to play with a pool table, Xbox, 65” TV, and additional seating. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas range and everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals together, with dining seating for 8 plus a breakfast bar.



Outside, the large fenced and landscaped yard is one of the home's best features. Relax in the private hot tub or sauna, fire up the BBQ, or gather around the patio seating. Three decks provide additional outdoor space, while nearby Washoe Meadows State Park offers beautiful meadows and hiking trails just steps from the home.

Guest Access:

You will have full and private access to this entire five bedroom house, including all common areas such as the spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and laundry room. Outdoors, you are welcome to enjoy the private fenced in yard, patio, and balcony, as well as the relaxing hot tub, sauna, and BBQ grill area. Please note that the garage is available for your use and the entire property is yours to enjoy, with the exception of one locked owner closet.

We recommend arriving by car for the most convenient experience. Our property offers a spacious driveway and garage with parking for four vehicles. While public shuttles are available, having your own car is ideal for exploring local ski resorts, casinos, and hiking trails. The Reno Tahoe International Airport is located about ninety minutes away by car.



Other Things to Note:

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

* Pets allowed, with approval and extra fee

* The home does not have air conditioning but does have Dyson Cool Air fans in each room.

* Patio furniture is put away in late fall and brought back out after the snow melts in spring.
