8/10 Good

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The location, amount of space, and large yard and dock (with space for two boats) were the highlight of this house. The decor, carpet, and amenities are very outdated but isn’t a reason not to stay here. The host was very responsive when we ran into a hot tub code issue. Our main reason for 4 stars was the unrestful, uncomfortable beds, (especially the master bed that is EXTREMELY firm) and the a/c units in the bedrooms have a bright white light (or two) that lit up the rooms all night. This a rustic stay but good for the location.
