Great place had everything we needed even had toys for the kiddos! 10-15 drive to shops restaurants eg and came with a Complimentary bottle of wine which was a delight :)
A very well rounded cabin. My entire family really enjoyed staying here. Felt like I was at home. Had everything you needed in a home. Great stay. Recommend staying here.
The cabin was extremely clean and well maintained. We stayed 5 days and there were plenty towels and linens. The hot tub was a great feature considering we came for the snow and there was no snow the entire trip. We would most definitely book this cabin again.

Decent house
There is no AC. The mattresses need to be replaced because you sink in and they are not comfortable. The kitchen chairs have stains and are dirty. The hot tube was nice ans cozy.

Beautiful Home, But Poorly Managed and Disappointing Service
Our stay at this property had both positives and significant drawbacks, mainly stemming from poor customer service and malfunctioning appliances. The Pros:The house itself was spacious, even larger than it appeared in the photos, and very comfortable for our group. The host was responsive via text, which made communication straightforward. Despite the issues we faced, we made the most of our time and enjoyed being together in the home. The Cons:Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by several issues. We were notified on the day of arrival that the dishwasher was broken. Since we had planned to cook meals in the house, having to hand wash dishes for eight people was a burden. Although I asked for compensation, the host initially offered only 50—insufficient given that the total cost of our reservation exceeded 1,700.The gas fireplace in the living room didn’t work when we arrived, requiring a maintenance visit to fix it. Additionally, the oven was completely nonfunctional on the first day. This meant we had to buy takeout for all eight guests, which was an unexpected expense. While maintenance eventually provided a workaround (flipping the circuit breaker in the garage each time we needed to use the oven), it was cumbersome and resulted in the oven losing heat multiple times during cooking. What was most frustrating, however, was the lack of accountability and professionalism from the property management. I asked about further compensation for these issues bu

The kitchen was fully equipped with cooking supplies and even seasonings. It felt so homey
Beautiful home with plenty of beds and plenty of room! Comfortable beds, nice kitchen. A bit far from town, but enjoyed the peace and quiet of being in the mountains! Wish that there was enough soap in the house for each sink and shower. Overall, we really enjoyed!!
Big place and well outfitted! Very clean. The hot tub was ready to use when we arrived, and was a big hit after skiing. There are games for the kids. Check In/Out process was easy. Would definitely stay there again!
We really liked staying at this property. There are lots of games and toys available for kids, and the space was comfortable and clean. The steam sauna in the shower was a nice addition to the luxurious hot tub. The property management company made things very easy and helped us know what to expect. Thank you!
Stayed here with our older teens as well as our in-laws. We loved the spacious kitchen-our food prep, feasting, and clean up was not cramped when multiple people were in the kitchen at the same time. Teens enjoyed the board games and family room. The hot tub was clean and ready for use. The deck off the primary bedroom was nice and it was so lovely to take in the scenery. We also loved the steam feature in the shower. The garage stored sleds and other outdoor activity gear but also fit our 2 SUVs. There was a lot of toys for younger kids also stored in the house along with dvds. Check in/check out process was exceptional. We will definitely return.
This was a good rental for a family trip to the snow with plenty of space, a nice layout, and lots of toys for inside and snow play. The place has all kinds of great perks like a hot tub and steam room, but there were some basics that aren't well maintained. There was an outlet missing a wall plate, a partially broken shower nozzle, a crib with an unusable mattress - nothing that was a deal breaker, but things that could also easily be fixed. Traveling with small kids we don't mind staying in a place that feels lived in, in fact it gives us less to worry about as the kids are playing inside, but others might find the place in need of updates and a good, deep cleaning.
The house was ok. Not gteat. No AC. The home was probably built in the 80's and it shows. The furniture....eh. Noticeable items we didn't like: The entertainment center is an absolute disaster. 5 or 6 remotes with no instructions for their use and wires hanging out everywhere. TV is small and very oddly placed in the corner. The hanging light over the kitchen table is WAY off center so you easlily bang your head on it when going to sit. The deck outside had a couple broken chairs with oddly high railing. The jaccuzi cover is trash. But, we had a great time otherwise. No matter where you stay, Tahoe is AWESOME.
Overall we had a great time and the house was perfect to accommodate our group of 5. The property management company’s customer service makes up for the updates needed to the house. Provided a gift bag at check in with a few initial toiletries to get us by for a day or two, but you will need to bring/purchase your own if staying more than a couple days.
Great location to access Heavenly and roughly an hour to Kirkwood and Northstar. The house is in a neighborhood, but there is plenty of shopping and stores within 5-10 min drive.
Make sure to park in the garage if you can, so they can plow the driveway!
Pros:
Easy check in and check out process
Property management customer service
Location to ski resorts and shopping
Space and layout of house suitable for multiple guests
Hot tub and steam shower in master bedroom
ample kitchen utensils
Quiet neighborhood
Cons:
Stains on bedding, floors, furniture
Hot tub cover needs replaced
Weather strip on garage door falling off and allowing water to leak into garage floor
Audio/video equipment confusing to operate and/or broken and outdated
Few pots and pans for cooking
Porches and bear box for trash were not cleaned of snow
Cleanliness of kitchen utensils
