The room was excellent, great location, clean and exactly what we had hoped for. We would absolutely stay here again. The only negative was the check, where the staff member made us feel like we were the biggest inconvenience to ever occur to her to showing up at the hotel and checking into our pre-booked ...

Park Plaza London Riverbank
Staff was great. Room had a travel guide view from window. Bathroom was huge. Lobby was appointed amazingly for time of year. Blackout curtains had cracks. Room cleaning was hard to understand. Eco friendly means Tuesday Thursday Saturday.
