"I found the hotel good because it’s practical easy to reach the center 2-3 buses can drop you in the London center within 5-7 minutes 3-4 stops.
So it’s ok to pass night or two there

"This hotel went above and beyond for my daughter’s 3rd birthday. I couldn’t fault the staff at all they were all extremely polite and friendly to me and my daughter. They all greeted you with a smile and were all helpful. I will definitely be returning for my other daughter’s birthday and I will now always stay here when I need to be in London. This hotel is also in a great location and has a real edge with their unique design.Thank you again CitizenM 🙂"
"Our stay at Shangri-La The Shard, London was truly unforgettable. The room was gorgeous with incredible views, and every detail was perfect. We loved the gym, spa, pool, and the food—everything exceeded expectations.
The staff were outstanding—kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location is also unbeatable, with easy access to public transport and walkable to so much of the city.
One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

"I’d stayed here before. This time it was for the athletics in Stratford. As usual, I was shown to a table for breakfast. All the staff were very polite and they put out a tray with glasses and two jugs of water onto a table, as one of the days was very hot. The SL4 bus goes past the hotel to Canary Wharf. So, I was able to get it, though the TfL (Transport for London) had closed the DLR line to Stratford which made it a bit awkward for me. "
