"Overall, this was a wonderful stay. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, with high ceilings, a lovely kitchenette, and a very comfortable, well-designed space. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and polite throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. The only issue I experienced was being briefly locked out of my room due to a debit card authorization issue. While I understand this is standard policy and the staff handled it politely, it was a bit inconvenient to find out while I was already on my way to the room. That said, this was the only hiccup during an otherwise excellent stay. The room, amenities, and staff more than made up for it, and I would happily stay here again. "

"The room, kitchen and bath were exactly as described and very nicely decorated (she thought of everything). The property is within walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants, and the train station. I would definitely stay here again when next in Long Beach. Highly recommended!!"
