If you're looking to book the finest accommodations in a resort - you have

found it at Sapphire!



Sapphire is the tallest, nicest, and has the most amenities of any resort on

the Island. When you cross the causeway bridge from the mainland, it is

impossible to not see the lit up teal towers - and that is where you will be

staying.



Then, you get to (literally) take it to the next level by staying on the

exclusive 17th floor. Way. Way up!

At this complex, you will enjoy 2 covered parking spaces in the garage, as

well as access to EV chargers for your Tesla or electric vehicle. There is a 3

night minimum stay at Sapphire and the primary guest must be at least 25 years

old with a max of 8 guests.



This condo is located in the South Tower on the 17th floor with a spectacular

view on the oceanfront side of the beach, the next door Margaritaville Resort,

and to the South the SpaceX launch site (completely viewable from this condo).



This is one of the most exclusive viewing spots to see a live rocket launch in

quite possibly the world.



This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has an open concept kitchen that is fully

equipped with pots/pans/dishes/etc to the living room and patio to the ocean

with eat in breakfast bar. High ceilings, all tile floors and a nice amount of

bedding to accommodate up to 8 people.



For your convenience the condo has a washer & dryer. The master bedroom suite

has a massive bathroom and garden soaker tub with frameless shower stall and

walk in closet. There is a view of the ocean & beach from the master suite.



It is worth noting that we manage multiple luxury condos at Sapphire - inquire

prior to booking if you wish to book more than one condo. Inquire about off

season & longer stay discounts, as well as active military & vet discounts.



For work of course there is hi speed internet and smart TVs after.a long day

at the beach

While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only

provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want

you to be aware of that



If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a

power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router

to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top

of the router.



Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and

plugging it back in it will pop up



Unregistered guests are never allowed at this property.



The fact is, life goes by pretty fast. You deserve to book the best for family

and here it is. Sapphire 1706



This luxury property is professionally managed by South Padre Trips at 2600

Padre Blvd that is separately staffed to assist you.

Please note: After booking is made you will be billed via the airbnb

resolution center for either a $99 damage protection plan fee, OR you can

elect to do a $1000 refundable damage deposit.



We do auto bill for the $99 as that is what most guests choose. This is not

optional. Additionally, the property carries a $49 resort fee PER DAY +$17%

tax for a total additional charge per day of $57.33 much like Vegas has. We

pre collect for this as this money is owed to the HOA and is not our fee.

Again, this is billed via airbnbs resolution center. This is not a hidden fee

anyone checking in there must pay this.



Finally, 2 E-sign agreements are required prior to check in. These are emailed

to you for electronic signature. One is the rental agreement. The 2nd one is

the property HOA that needs all names and vehicles prior to check in.



Please note:



Within the house rules it is required after this booking is made that a guest

choose between a nonrefundable damage coverage protection plan 1 time fee

known as a damage waiver of $99 for this plan



This is charged after booking is made.

as a guest you may select a $1000 refundable damage deposit which is

refundable if no damages and not an additional fee. Simply alert us after

booking made if you prefer this option to the damage coverage plan



If you are NOT 25 years of age you must contact us prior to booking for us to

authorize the reservation as you will be subjected to additional damage

deposit and/or damage coverage protection, plan fees, as well as additional

stipulations, IF WE ACCEPT RESERVATION AT ALL.



Please contact us prior to making a reservation not after about these

stipulations above as we have a strict cancel policy. We are fully disclosing

this prior to booking and require all guests to read and agree to all house

rules as well as submit a docusign rental agreement contract with a pic of

your photo ID to age verify. This is not optional



YOU CANNOT have more than 8 people here. An infant or baby is considered a

person - no exceptions.

**Special Terms for Spring Break Dates: March 8 through March 23**

Main guest must be 25+ OR you are required to pay both the $500 refundable

damage deposit. This is per HOA requirements.
