Hard to find ice - only on third floor. ;) The male receptionist when we arrived was outstanding, smiling and attentive every time I went down with a question. The morning receptionist, female, was rude and unhelpful. Valet parking only, but those guys were GREAT!

We loved it! Lobby and grounds were lovely! All of the staff, front desk, bar and restaurant and valet were great! Breakfast was amazing- best bacon! Nice rooms- bit of a smell in our room and bit more attention needed to bathroom floor but overall- lovely amenities and a comfy place!
