"Listed as 1400 check in 1200 check out in my booking. Arrived at around 1330 due to flight time, I was able to check into my room. The night before I check out I requested for a 1300 check out so I can use my bathroom after a morning walk before I go to the airport. It was granted. Only down side was one of the staffs in front desk not able to speak English. But they were the one who let me have a late check out. I typed in Google Translate and they said OK."

"The hotel itself was 5* but the staff were 5*+. You felt welcomed from the minute you walked in. The personal check-in made you feel like you’d just arrived at a party. The hotel itself is superb but the location is beyond words. The private access to The Iguassu Falls early and late in the day is a magical experience and the hotel and staff do their best to make sure that feeling remains throughout your trip. Obrigado."

"We love this hotel, my second time staying with friends and family. Everyone is very helpful and the hotel is very clean. Great pool and Spa service. The restaurant is good but not great. I just wish they had a better menu for lunch and dinner. The breakfast is always great."

"Nice staff and very good breakfast, although in our second day it looked like the staff was having trouble keeping all items stocked. Some things in the room were not working (lighting and exhaust fan in bathroom), and the room itself was a little smaller than expected. No place to set luggage. But all in all, worth it! Excellent location with plenty to do at walking distance."
