"The staff were really helpful, both when booking and on arrival. The lady who dealt with our booking gave very useful information about the centre. We travelled from Sussex on the day and our parking was available on arrival and accessible at all times. We arrived on a Sunday for the concert at Ludlow Castle, the staff were really accommodating with our timings. The room was very well organised and clean, beds very comfy! Facilities in the room were provided and the bathroom clean and modern. We didn’t need to use the kitchen, but extra towels hairdryer readily available. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would definitely return in the future!"
