"It took is two days, five requests, and an online complaint to corporate to receive clean sheets. We had to do our own housekeeping despite being assured they would replace our towels and sheets. I found out after three days that we had to put our own trash in the hallway. When they finally came to clean the room, the only thing they did was change the sheets and towels. Nothing was cleaned, and they only did this because of my complaint to corporate. The desk and housekeeping staff are the same people."

"Terrible and no accommodations were made. No WiFi, the room smelled like mildew. No towels were in my room. No cups, no ice holder. The TV didn’t work until the last day I was there. No shower head. The pull out mattress was dirty and didn’t have sheets or blankets for that either. The floor was sticky. Needs more staff."

"The valet, front desk, and housekeeping were amazing . We did get room service and the food was mid as well. The hotel is a little dated not what I pictured from seeing the pictures. Our sheets were stained and the restroom was not cleaned very well , there was a smell to the place. We also had the rudest barista/cashier at the coffee place down stairs the fact that your are snatching things and acting like you do not want to work their is not the customers issue. Most likely will not be returning. But there is always a first for everything."
