"Room was clean and decent size for family of 4 however it was extremely hot. Couldn’t sleep first night however next morning we raised this issue and was provided with fans. Saw other guests complaint about same issue so I guess it’s common. Parking was stressful, their carpark was expensive and full so had to quickly drop everything then park at the mall carpark for £7 a day. No cars allowed in front of hotel except for buses. You have to go around to get to the hotel carpark"

"IT WAS A GOOD STAY , STAFF FRIENDLY, FUN GAMES , DECENT GYM ALSO... THE HOTEL HAS ONLY THE ONE PINBALL MACHINE, I THINK IT WAS MY MISTAKE BUT THOUGHT IT HAD MORE & INCLUDED THE GUEST ROOMS - BUT SADLY NOT 😥 BUT , I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN ! ALSO , YOU CAN DRINK IN THE BAR AFTER 11 PM ... NICE "

And for this reason, I would not be returning, so lucky to get a small car parking space; otherwise, it would have meant parking off-site, which I would not have liked at all. The reception team were not very good at all, and had very poor customer service. Very disappointing "
