9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,529 reviews)
Great hotel in an historic part of Bristol.
Very clean and spacious public areas and nicely furnished rooms.
Bit of a maze of corridors but so peaceful and quiet.
Nicely furnished room with fabulous clean bathroom and the most incredible comfortable, could have taken it home with us!
Breakfast was good value with plenty of choice, would definately stay again.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,002 reviews)
Nothing much to complain about the property. Car park is 5 mins walk away.
Bar was good and staff there was friendly, however at the reception whether it was night or day time do not think they wanted to be there. No smiles, no welcoming.. pretty poor really
