"The building is in a nice residential area but is on the edge. The building is older so alot of creaking in the floor boards and the stairs are just old and steep. The yard is nice and the bathroom is acceptable. Kitchen is more then adequate with coffee available and all the utensils required. "

"The property was so clean and tidy and well decorated. The location was great for me and my friend who were staying as we were working on decorating a house in Tampa. This is a South Tampa location. The sheets and the pillows were the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced and in fact I contacted the owners to find out what brand name the pillows and sheets were. There was no pool at this location which was fine with with us. I would stay again at this property.Yvette "
