"Without exception all the staff were excellent they were always friendly & helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect for a trip to Phuket. You can either walk from the hotel or get a tuk tuk which were always ready to go and only cost around 200b. There are a lot of steps! But it kept us fit 😀 The rooms although spotlessly clean are dated, but the sea view was beautiful and the furniture on the balcony was very comfortable. This is a fantastic hotel, with an amazing lobby and view making it a special place to stay, the food was also exceptional but a bit of work on the rooms would make it even better. Highly recommend."

"The staff were amazing! There was some confusion about our rooms being in separate buildings but the ladies on reception sorted this out very quickly and professionally! The reception staff are a true credit to the hotel! The porters were always there with a smile and the breakfast team were great too! Breakfast was a great mix of fresh fruit, salad, bread items as well as an egg station and Thai options too. We were sad to leave because we had such a great time! The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the pier and is centrally located for everything. Thanks for making the end of our holiday in Thailand so amazing!!"

"From start to finish we loved everything about this resort!! The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are even better than expected and very clean. All of the restaurants had extensive menus and the food was fantastic at each. Honestly I cannot say enough about Santhiya, we will definitely be back again!"

"We stayed in a room closer to the lobby, which was very convenient for pool access and breakfast access. Also very close to the main road to walk around The pool was beautiful! The breakfast options were great. Expect to have the same things daily, with little change, but overall good food and pleasant atmosphere. Pool bar was nice, resort was very clean. I've seen people complain about construction- you can't even tell/notice! Was not a worry. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I've seen complaints from others and I'm really not sure what there is to complain about. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone traveling to Phuket. Very family friendly as well, about a 5 minite walk to the beach which is fairly crowded but I wouldn't expect anything else at a destination like this! "

"Amazing resort, a gorgeous location that feels so secluded but never bored of something to do. Rooms are very comfortable and quiet for the little time you end up spending in them. Great choice of restaurants and bars, different options every night for a 7 night stay. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Had a few issues on checking in at the start of our holiday, room only being ready quite late in the evening but the front desk and management were very helpful in response. Would definitely go back, in a heartbeat."
