"Absolutely lovely place to stay our apartment was great had everything needed for our stay we overlooked the beach from the balcony which was nice. A couple of things the apartment we booked was apparently in the other building and there was no elevator available so we had to walk around the back to access and had to carry our suitcase up stairs which was not very good and this wasn't advertised on the site i only found out when i requested both our rooms to have double beds and they mentioned that our apartment was at the next door property with no elevator and if i wanted to change it would cost more Also there was some loose paving at the top of the stairs going down to the heated pool and my travel partner tripped on the paver sticking out and nearly fell down the stairs she was lucky that she grabbed the railing So a few repairs to the outdoor area would be advised Otherwise would definitely book here again so well positioned and walking distance to just about everything you need we did have a car which we hardly used and there was onsite parking available which was also very convenient. We had a great time Scarborough is a beautiful place to be."

"Check in was easy and the place was great. There was a bit of a sewage smell coming from the front bathroom so we had to keep all the doors open with air con on as it drifted through to the living room. We were out most of the day so didn’t affect us and everything else was fine. "

"Our Palms experience was fantastic from the get go. Our host engaged with us early on to ensure our booking was acknowledge, we were well in formed and kept up to date. The house was everything we had hoped for and more. Every convenience was catered for. True luxury. Everyone of us said "how good would it be to live here permanently. Thanks Olivua and Adam it was amazing.mc"
