"Our favourite place to stay in Scarborough! Although the pool section was getting a facelift again, was nice to have another option. The buffet breakfast was super and had different items one day to the next which was nice. They even provided a boxed breakfast since we had to leave really early in the morning to catch a flight! The only downfalls from our stay were: no spare toilet paper roll in room upon arrival, our phone wouldnt work to call the reception area and the fan in the bathroom didnt work so when taking a shower the mirrors would really fog up even in the entrance to the room. We also dont take super hot showers. Otherwise was a great stay as always and the front reception was helpful with everything!"

Mira was very helpful and arrived first thing in the morning when there was an issue with the fuse. There was plenty of bedding and towels and the service areas were all very clean."
