"View from the balcony amazing, we were on the 24th floor, could see for miles. Staff friendly and willing to help. Easy car parking below, at an extra cost. Great selection of bars and restaurants extremely close by so not limited to hotel, the view from their restaurant was fab though. Only 2 issues, not complaints! Firstly, I would have loved a chair on balcony rather than dragging out room chair and secondly I currently have a really sore knee and both the escalator and elevator were down for maintenance the day we were leaving. "

"Great house, very clean and had all the amenities that we required (plus more). Great location - would definitely stay again. The only issue we had was the access details we were sent on the arrival email was incorrect. This meant we needed to call and email the rental company to get the correct access code. "
