"The room was excellent the bathroom a little tired with no separate shower. There was no hot water on one of the mornings. The view from the room/balcony was stunning. The continental breakfast was good although there were no warm croissants. The cooked breakfasts were not very freshly cooked, especially the scrambled eggs and bacon. The Bay Bar staff were very pleasant and the food excellent. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would recommend it and would stay there again."

"We loved staying at Seapoint, a beautifully appointed modern property with stunning views over Crantock Beach and the Gannel. Each of its 7 bedrooms is ensuite and has its own balcony and views. The property was clean, and well designed to allow our guests space to enjoy on their own or with the rest of the group. Despite being a large property, it still had a homely feeling, full of natural light. The kitchen, dining and lounge area had a great entertainment system, with speakers outside as well as inside, and whilst we didn't use it during our stay, there is a games room on the upper level. We particularly enjoyed using the hot tub and heated pool during our stay.Anne was a thoughtful, helpful and attentive host, ensuring we had all the information we needed at each stage. Check in and check out were efficient, with clear and comprehensive guidelines given. The EV charger on the property was a very useful addition with easy parking space for 5 or more cars.We would highly recommend this property and hope very much to return in the future."

"We’ve had such a lovely week staying in Newquay! The apartment was lovely and spacious and had the bonus of a dishwasher and washing machine which came in very handy. Everything was clean and tidy and Dan was a very responsive host if we had any questions. Having an allocated parking space was brilliant for being able to leave the car and walk in to town or to the beach. The best thing though was the beautiful view of fistral beach from the living room! It was so nice to sit and watch the waves coming in and the kids especially loved looking at the surfers through the binoculars. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful place to stay and we hope to come back one day in the future!"
