We passed your feedback to the owner in which they responded with the following:"It was a pleasure meeting this guest and partner, we enjoyed learning about their dogs and their life in Tasmania and it was a pleasure to host the guest’s sister also.We take on board the comments raised and apologies for this situation. However, we can confirm that the photographs are completely genuine and accurate, we do have three caravans in total, all of which have a different feel and view but each caravan is advertised with the relevant photographs. These caravans are obviously cleaned after each guests checks out and the time allocated is two hours and additional time if necessary. On receiving the review we visited the caravan but couldn’t find any cobwebs or indeed any items broken. If you’d like to provide a little more detail we can investigate further. We take reviews very seriously and encourage guests to discuss matters of concern in advance of check-out as it’s impossible to put matters right after check-out.
