This Hampton's retreat is so close to restaurants, shopping and just a mile and 1/2 to beaches. There is an attached 1br apt* that may be rented separately…Just come out of the city, relax and enjoy...train is just two blocks away! Welcome to Southampton !!☀️🏄‍♀️🏊‍♀️🏖

Nice Vacation

My wife and I had a very nice time. The place was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Pam was very nice and helped right away with the one very minor issue that we had. Would definitely love to stay again.

Fantastic location!

Pam was a very accommodating and responsive host. The house was in an amazing location with a short walk to Main Street and short drive to Coopers Beach. It was beautifully maintained and a delight to stay in.

Amazing stay

The house is in such a great location. It is nicely decorated and well equipped and clean. is a great host. Each bedroom having its own bath is great. We loved the front porch too!! Free shuttle to the beaches was a plus!

It was a cute cottage, nicely decorated. We were very comfortable. Each bedroom had a private bathroom which was very nice. It was close to downtown Southampton so that was great. The owner checked in and was very helpful.

Pam’s house is beautiful, In a great location, clean, airy and comfortable. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and there was a half bath on the main level as well. The porch and yard are well maintained and great additional spaces to relax. Pam was so helpful accommodating. Would highly recommend this property.

Lovely home base for family vacation

We stayed with 3 generations (my parents, husband, and toddler son) and found Pam’s to be a wonderful home base in Southampton for a lovely weekend out east. My son enjoyed the backyard and the 3 bedrooms were all a good size with plenty of space in the smallest room for us to set up our son’s travel crib. The property was spotless with all necessary amenities including laundry. We loved being walking distance to town. Such a great spot!

Getaway close to town! :)

Comfortable, clean, casual. Always thankful for updated homes. We came for a short visit so close to town was our priority, but the house is prepped for beachgoers. Extremely reliable host. Highly recommended :)

Fantastic!!

Photos do not do the property justice. We were only at Pam’s property for a couple of days over the 4th July weekend but really didn’t want to leave. It was honestly so perfect and had everything we needed! Everything was super clean, beds so comfy and have no faults whatsoever. Pam was so lovely and helpful. I wish I could fly back and enjoy a week in the property!

Beautiful house in fantastic location

Wow! I have heard about the Hamptons all my life and finally got to visit there last weekend. Not only was the house as beautiful and charming as the pictures represented, but the host was wonderful and was very responsive to all of our questions and needs. And the house was located in a great part of town where we could walk to shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend this house as a place to stay in the Hamptons - it has everything we needed and more!

Our delightful visit to the oasis of Southampton

We couldn't have picked a better property. The location alone was ideal. We walked into town several times a day to shop, buy food, eat dinner, and have coffee. The beach was a little further, but the bikes, although a little older, did the trick. So instead of getting in the car and exploring the other parts of the Hamptons, we enjoyed just getting to know this beautiful, extraordinary place of Southampton. And we'll certainly go back. Pam, the owner, was accessible, very polite, and so helpful; her place is simply lovely. It's the perfect size and has everything you need. Pam is a former realtor who knew how to create the perfect oasis in Southampton. Thank you, Pam.
